On 21st June, our organization proudly celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and unity. The event turned out to be a huge success, as more than 200 participants from different walks of life came together to embrace the spirit of yoga, wellness, and sustainability.
Yoga for Health and Harmony
The program began early in the morning with guided yoga sessions led by experienced instructors. Participants practiced various asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques, which not only promoted physical fitness but also encouraged mental peace and inner balance. After the yoga session, participants joined hands in a tree plantation drive, planting dozens of saplings in and around the venue.
